One half of a chicken, dry rubbed with spices and baked in our wood burning oven. It’s cooked with skin on which gives it that rotisserie moisture and texture but with the added smoky flavor of select hard woods. Drizzled with our homemade BBQ sauce. Served with Texas toast, soup or salad and your choice of baked potato, garlic mashed potato, waffle fries, steak fries, BBQ baked beans, steamed veggies or pasta marinara.
