Nicholas, Kitchen Manager & Chef
Nicholas has worked in the Zany Graze kitchen for seven years. Originally from southern Oregon, he has always worked in the food business.
“I’m proud of my job,” he said. “I like to make people happy when they see the food. I want them to say ‘Wow!’”
He says his team at Zany’s has a lot of experience so good food and good service doesn’t need to be taught.
Nicholas loves Zany’s Rib-Eye Steaks and the entire Tex-Mex menu. He’d love to have you come in and try them so he can wow you, too!
Patrice, General Manager
Zany’s general manager Patrice didn’t start her career in the restaurant business. In fact, she was a clothing designer in L.A. for 13 years before making the change to the food industry. She started out working in restaurants like Jonathan’s and Henry J’s.
Patrice found a home at Zany Graze; she says the employees are like family. So are the loyal customers who have been coming in every week for years.
With a menu of 103 items, Patrice is sure there is something for everyone. Customers can choose between Tex Mex items, steaks, pastas, wraps, gourmet burgers, sandwiches and more.
“Our food has changed, so if you haven’t been in for a while, come in! I like that we can do everything well.”
